We are looking for you who can master Finnish, Swedish and English.

A normal working day will be characterized by dedication and goal awareness, in parallel with a strong customer focus.

Your role

As an administrator, you will work with various administrative tasks. You and your colleagues rotate between all the areas of responsibility that Customer Operations has in order to ensure competence sharing and efficient resource allocation on a daily basis.

You will among other things work with accounts opening, updating of customer data, estates and bankruptcy proceedings.

In addition, you will work with AML and tax related issues to ensure accurate customer data and manage correct registrations in the systems.

You and your experience

  • You probably have a university degree in e.g. economy or similar
  • You have previous experience from administrative tasks and coordination
  • You are accurate and structured
  • You can speak, read and write at least one more Nordic language than Swedish 

As a person you are professional, have an eye for details and appreciate the importance of good data quality. Furthermore, you are a fast leaner and you are committed to your work. You would like to be a part of building efficient and scalable operations and you embrace change. We think you have a forward-looking attitude and that you are curious and constantly want to improve your knowledge.
