Business systems is responsible for operating our core Microsoft infrastructure and applications. Both facing internal users as well as our customers. The responsibility span over

  • All Microsoft branded servers and application
  • Mail, Skype, Telephony systems
  • Application specific operations. (Core banking and Insurance systems..)

Business systems is a part of IT Operations working closely with Infrastructure team securing the success for seamless IT. An important responsibility of the team is also to handle complex 3rd line support cases in the Microsoft Domain.

IT Operations consist of Business systems, Customer systems, IT infrastructure, IT security and IT support.

This is part of the role

As an Automation technician, you will lead the automation journey for the Business systems team in the Microsoft sphere. Securing a high degree of automation for existing and coming products and features. Building efficient processes and implementing them automatically should be the very core of your driving force. Active Directory, PowerShell, GPOs should base foundation of your knowledge template so that you identifying the “quick wins” and having the ability to fail fast and recover. You will report to Head of Business systems.

Our tools are based around the self-service automation platform Biomni FrontOffice. Moreover, that in turns leverage the full usage of PowerShell. Other experiences with self-service solutions are valued.

This is you

You have an IT background with solid operations experience and IT environment knowledge. You like to communicate and you have a true interest in building relations. You are committed as a person so a high tempo is something that suits you very well. Finding automation possibilities is something that you consider as a fun challenge. The curiosity of continuously asking the “why?”.

An agile approach is natural for you and you have probably applied Kanban or similar ways of working earlier. Language skills in both Swedish and English are mandatory.
