IT Customer support is responsible for second line customer support cases. The team is dedicated to solving or escalating cases that were escalated by customer service.

Cases to IT Customer support can span from financial transaction related questions to double-checking a portfolio report value. 

This is part of the role

As a Technical Savings Expert, you will be involved in the case solving around customer related cases, regarding Trading and Savings. Working with a crucial part of our support flow demands high degree of responsibility, excellent communication skills, and focus on customer satisfaction as well as tight cooperation with colleagues in other areas. A must for this role is good knowledge of Trading and Savings.

Always having customer satisfaction in focus is key to succeed in this role.

This is you

You have good knowledge of Trading and Savings. Fluent language skills in both Swedish and English are mandatory.

Most likely, you have a technical and financial background that enables you to understand financial services on a deeper level. You have a strong passion for customer satisfaction. You like to communicate and you have a true interest in building relations and creating result through your team.

You are committed as a person so a high tempo is something that suits you very well.  Experience of hands-on customer support as well as knowledge of how to use SQL to retrieve and analyze data is a merit. You have experience from working in production critical environments where the room for errors are slim to none.
