We are looking for a Tech Marketing Automation Specialist to join Nordnet’s Nordic CRM & Customer Engagement department in Stockholm. The Tech MA-specialist is part of the Nordic team and reports to Nordic Head of CRM & Customer Engagement. The role is being part of agile, cross-functional teams, consisting of CRM expertise, MA Tech Specialists, Analytics and channel specialists (owned and bought media). Our long-term strategy is to give a personalized omni channel customer experience in all digital channels. Nordnet is growing fast and we need tech profiles, working in MA-system Adobe, to contribute on the exciting journey.
This is part of the role
This is a key role, the Tech MA-Specialist is the expert in Adobe, creating personalized communication for existing customers by building workflows, conduct tests and follow up on outcome and results. The Tech MA- Specialist ensures that Nordnets customer communication reaches the customer at the best possible time in the best possible channel. The role create, execute, monitor & optimize automated and trigger based always on communication. Furthermore, the MA-specialist demand on customer data to Tech/Analytics and secure implementation of new data and customer flows as well as keeping the technical backlog and prioritization. The work will be performed close to our MA-users in the countries.
This is you
- You like to drive development within technology.
- You have at least 2 years’ experience from marketing automation system with hands-on experience with focus on digital communication, preferable in the tool Adobe.
- You have a university degree within technology and an interest in or experience from Bank and Finance.
- You are organized, methodical and communicative in a way that benefits the team’s working climate and ability to excel.
- You strive to always learn more and are curious to find the best solution to create the best customer experience.
