We are looking for a Tech Marketing Automation specialist to join Nordnet’s Customer Engagement team. The Tech MA-specialist is part of the Nordic Marketing team, allocated in Stockholm. Our long-term strategy is to drive sales and customer satisfactions through a personalized omni channel communication in our owned channels (email/sms/web/app). Nordnet is growing fast and we need tech profiles to optimize our current communication and drive the development of even greater capabilities within the field of martech.
This is part of the role
This is a key role, the Tech MA-Specialist is the tech expert in our MA system, creating personalized communication for existing customers by building workflows, conduct tests and follow up on outcome and results. The role ensures that Nordnet’s customer communication reaches the customer at the best possible time in the best possible channel. The role create, execute, monitor & optimize automated and trigger based always on communication. Furthermore, the MA-specialist set the requirements on customer data to Tech/Analytics and secure implementation of new data and customer flows as well as keeping the technical backlog and prioritization. The work will be performed close to our MA-users in the Nordic countries and the Tech organization.
This is you
- You like to drive development within technology.
- You have at least 2 years’ experience from marketing automation system with hands-on experience with focus on digital communication,
- You have a university degree within technology and an interest in or experience from Bank and Finance.
- You are organized, methodical and communicative in a way that benefits the team’s working climate and ability to excel.
- You strive to always learn more and are curious to find the best solution to create the best customer experience.
- You have a strong interest in creating and optimizing customer experience and feel excited about using this interest to help democratizing savings and investments.
