– December was a negative ending to a dramatic year on the stock markets, and all Nordic stock exchanges fell considerably during the month. Private savers have been very active for much of 2018, and during the year Nordnet set a trading record for a single day as well as for an individual month, says Johan Tidestad, Head of Communications at Nordnet.
Table: Nordnet’s total trades on all exchanges and market places for all customers, and average number of trades per day. Average number of trades per day is calculated as total trades divided by the number of days the Swedish exchanges are open.
