Organization
Governance, management and control of operating companies in the Nordnet Group are divided between the shareholders at the Annual General Meeting, the Board and the CEO, according to the Swedish Companies Act and the Articles of Association. From 1 July 2007, Nordnet AB (publ) is subjected to the Swedish Corporate Governance Code, available at www.bolagsstyrning.se.

Nordnet Bank AB and Nordnet Incentive AB are subsidiaries to Nordnet AB (publ). Nordnet Fonder AB and Nordnet Pensionsförsäkring AB are subsidiaries to Nordnet Bank AB. Nordnet Livsforsikring AS, based in Oslo in Norway, is a subsidiary to Nordnet Pensionsförsäkring AB.

Governance
Both Nordnet Bank AB as well as Nordnet Pensionsförsäkring AB works according to the principle of the three lines of defense, where the first line consists of the company's business units and administration, the second line consists of risk control and compliance and third line consists of internal audit.
The control of the operations of each company within the Nordnet Group, especially Nordnet Bank AB and Nordnet Pensionsförsäkring AB, is ensured by a variety of regulatory documents such as policies, instructions, guidelines etc. that continually are reviewed and updated annually or more frequently if necessary.
Nordnet AB (publ) and Nordnet Bank AB have adopted a policy for suitability assessments of board members and senior executives of Nordnet AB (publ) and Nordnet Bank AB and a policy on the training of directors and officers of Nordnet AB (publ) and Nordnet Bank AB in order to ensure that each company's board of directors, board members and CEO complies to appropriate requirements on knowledge, insight, experience and aptitude.
