– Henrik Rättzén and Fredrik Bergström complement and strengthen Nordnet’s board in a very good way. Henrik has broad leadership experience across large corporations in several sectors, in addition to valuable board experience. Fredrik has had a long and distinguished career within the financial sector and brings a lot of competence from the insurance industry. I would like to welcome them to the Board, and I look forward to working with them to continue developing Nordnet’s business, says Tom Dinkelspiel, Chairman of the Board at Nordnet.
Christian Frick has decided to end his assignment as member of the Nordnet Board. Christian is a partner at Nordic Capital and has been a member of the Board at Nordnet since 2017.
– Christian has been a member of the Nordnet Board since Nordic Capital and the Öhman Group acquired and de-listed the company in the beginning of 2017. His competence and engagement has been a great contribution both during the years of private ownership and during the two years since Nordnet was listed on the stock exchange. As Nordic Capital no longer has any ownership of Nordnet, it is natural that Christian departs from the Board. I would like to express my deep gratitude to Nordic Capital and Christian for a fantastic partnership – together we have elevated Nordnet to the next level of innovation, customer experience and organization, says Tom Dinkelspiel, Chairman of the Board at Nordnet.
