Nordnet AB (publ) has one class of shares that is listed on Nasdaq Stockholm (ordinary shares) and one class of shares issued in connection with the company’s incentive program (C-shares) which is not publicly traded. The C-shares are issued annually in connection with the commencement of new incentive programs and have a limited lifetime at the end of which they vest and convert to less than one ordinary share per C-share, should certain criteria be fulfilled. In accordance with the articles of association, C-shares do not entitle the holder to dividends and carry one-tenth (1/10) of a vote per share. As of March 13, 2026, there are a total of 250,839,706 registered shares in Nordnet AB (publ), divided into 250,206,518 ordinary shares and 633,188 C-shares, and the number of votes amount to 250,269,837. As of March 13, 2026, 1,833,374 of Nordnet’s ordinary shares are held in treasury and 248,373,144 are outstanding.
