Nordnet has entered a partnership with the American company IPsoft, the leading digital labor company in the market. By the beginning of fall 2017, our customers will be able to start interacting with the new digital employee Amelia.

Initially, Amelia will guide our customers through Nordnet’s onboarding customer process and help them to activate their accounts. Amelia is the most human AI platform on the market right now. Amelia has the ability to quickly learn new areas, carry out advanced dialogues, and respond to customer signals and behavior in real time.
