Lars-Åke Norling to resign as CEO of Nordnet – Rasmus Järborg appointed new CEO
Lars-Åke Norling is resigning as CEO of Nordnet. Current Deputy CEO Rasmus Järborg will become the new CEO as of 1 April 2026. Norling will be proposed by the nomination committee as a new member of the Board of Directors of Nordnet. The Board also intends to elect Norling as Deputy Chairman of the Board.

Lars-Åke Norling slutar som vd för Nordnet. Nuvarande vice vd Rasmus Järborg blir ny vd från och med 1 april 2026. Norling kommer att föreslås av valberedningen till ny styrelseledamot i Nordnet. Styrelsen har även för avsikt att välja Norling till vice styrelseordförande.

Nordnet meddelar idag att man under perioden 21 juli – 7 november 2025 har återköpt 919 819 egna aktier för totalt 250 miljoner SEK till ett genomsnittligt pris per aktie om 271,8 SEK. Samtidigt annonseras att ett nytt aktieåterköpsprogram kommer att påbörjas den 10 november.
Nordnet completes share buyback program launched in July 2025 and initiates new program
During the period July 21 to November 7, 2025, Nordnet has bought back 919,819 of its own shares for a total of SEK 250 million SEK at an average price of SEK 271.8. A new share buyback program will be initiated, starting November 10.
