Nordnet launches the opportunity to own unlisted shares in an endowment insurance in Sweden. It is now possible for entrepreneurs and early investors in tech companies and other start-ups to avoid traditional capital gain taxation on both profits and dividends.

For an unlisted securities, it is not possible to follow the value development of an exchange. Nordnet has therefore initiated cooperation with Kaptena, a company that values ​​unlisted shares.
