Finance is an exciting industry with a great impact on society, where there are fantastic opportunities to constantly create customer value with the right attitude and technology. With my background in finance and private equity, with a special focus on entrepreneurship and leadership, I hope to contribute to Nordnet’s continued success, says Karitha Ericson.
Karitha has been working at Grant Thornton since 2012, and from 2017 as deputy CEO and COO with responsibility for, among other things, HR, marketing and communication. Between 2009-2012 she was Head of HR at the private equity company EQT. Prior to that, Karitha worked at SEB as Head of HR for the division Wealth Management and for the bank’s offices in Finland, New York and Luxembourg.
– Nordnet is at the forefront of digital services within savings and investments, but if we are to build a long-term successful company, we must put as much focus on people and culture. Karitha adds valuable knowledge to Nordnet’s board within, for example, strategic HR issues, and we are very much looking forward to start working with her, says Tom Dinkelspiel, board member of Nordnet and representative of the company’s largest owner the Öhman Group.
