At the Extraordinary General Meeting today, Wednesday 12 October 2022, a decision was made to elect Henrik Rättzén and Fredrik Bergström as new members of the Board of Nordnet for the period until the end of the next Annual General Meeting. Christian Frick has requested to resign from the Board and has as of today resigned as a Board member. After the meeting, the Board will consist of eight members.
