Chief Experience Officer Tuva Palm will leave Nordnet. She came to Nordnet in the beginning of 2016 as CTO and later also took over the responsibility for product development.

–  Tuva came to Nordnet with the assignment to increase the level of innovation in the company and get back our start-up culture – an assignment she now has completed with a good result. Among other things, she has implemented an agile way of working, and given the organization the capability to translate consumer trends into innovative products that are relevant for our customers. Tuva has built the foundation for Nordnet becoming a modern fintech company, a foundation that we now will leverage on in order to take the next step in building the world’s best customer experience for savings and investments, says Peter Dahlgren, CEO of Nordnet

Tuva Palm will work at Nordnet until the summer. The recruitment process for a successor is ongoing.

–  Nordnet has undergone an impressive transformation in a very short time. I am extremely proud of the team’s ability to deliver business-driven projects, regulatory implementations and UX improvements, which have transformed the company from an online bank to a fast-paced tech company in the forefront of the financial industry. The team is extremely strong today and has the structure, tools and strategy that will lead Nordnet to become the market leader in savings and investments. My job is completed and I am ready to hand over the responsibility for the bank’s continued product development. I look forward to follow the success of Nordnet and the future development for the company, says Tuva Palm.

Over the past year, Nordnet has made a number of successful product launches. For example, Nordnet was the first bank in Sweden to launch robo-advice and to use Swish for direct deposits of money. A couple of weeks ago, Nordnet launched its first product together with Swedish fintech company Tink, where Nordnet customers can view their holdings in equities and funds in the Nordnet interface, regardless of which bank they are held in.

– I would like to thank Tuva for her efforts for Nordnet and for her dedicated work in profiling Nordnet on the Swedish tech scene. I wish her the best of luck in her future endeavors, Peter Dahlgren concludes.
